About Dr. Bolar
Three decades of teaching, leading, and writing
Dr. Lawrence Bolar has spent his career preparing students, parents, and teachers to build lives that succeed — in the classroom and far beyond it.
Dr. Lawrence Bolar is an educator with over three decades of educational experience at the elementary and secondary level. He has worked in the classroom as a teacher, as a school counselor, and as a middle and high school administrator for over 25 years.
Dr. Bolar is the author of nine motivational and inspiring books. He earned several degrees while attending Virginia State University — a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Education, a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision, and a Doctorate degree in Education.
Dr. Bolar’s extensive educational, cultural, and biblical knowledge, along with his research and experience, has prepared him with the unique skills to support, train, and build capacity for successful lives — for parents, teachers, and students alike.
