Orders & payments
Orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
- If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you so you can confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.
- You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate delivery address.

Shipping
Estimated shipping windows for orders placed directly with us:
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Standard: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Returns & refunds

- Books must come back unread and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within the window set out in the Returns policy.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item arrives and has been checked.
- Personalised or signed copies and digital downloads are not returnable.
Speaking engagements
Speaking enquiries submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. An engagement is confirmed only once terms, date, fee, and scope have been agreed in writing by both parties.
- Each engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
- Deposits and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.
- Recording, broadcasting, or reproducing a presentation requires prior written permission.
Intellectual property
