Dr. Bolar relentlessly pursues opportunities to support and promote positive, healthy, and sustainable relationships between today’s youth and their communities, churches, organizations, local leaders, and police. He believes that closing the gap begins with common connections and authentic communication for all stakeholders. Dr. Bolar’s literary journey has been centrally focused around relevant topics, issues, and concerns that support positive, productive communication, and healthy, substantive relationships that build our communities.
